Ground shipping is free on orders $40+ within the continental United States and Canada. Our website accommodates shipments within the contiguous United States and Canada only; we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We work with various shipping carriers and kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 8 business days for shipping within the U.S., and 5 to 12 business days for shipments to Canada.
IGK Hair offers free returns* and exchanges for products purchased on igkhair.com within 30 days of product receipt for U.S. orders only. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please Note: We are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped to Canada. All Canadian orders are considered final sale.
For U.S. returns, please visit our Returns Center and provide your order number, email address, or shipping zip code. Products purchased from salon and retail partners should be returned to the original place of purchase. If there is a price difference to be paid in an exchange, an invoice will be emailed, and it must be paid before the exchange order is released.
