OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. By Participating, you agree to these Official Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), which are a legally binding contract.

  1. Eligibility: The "Be Good For 72 Hours" “Campaign” is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older as of May 1, 2023. Employees of IGK and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  2. Campaign Period: The Campaign will run from May 1, 2023 at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) to May 25, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on May 25, 2023 to be eligible.
  3. How to Enter: To enter the Campaign, participants must complete the following steps:
  • Follow @IGKHair on TikTok
  • Post 3 hairstyles that you can achieve by using the new Good Behavior Shampoo & Conditioner By IGK on TikTok ,use the hashtag #BeGoodFor72Hours (must show the product in the video to be eligible) and tag @IGKHAIR in the postParticipants must complete all the steps listed above to be eligible to win the prize.
  • By submitting a post, participant warrants that all material and content in submission will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party and participant shall only use music content in any submission from the proper social media commercial use libraries and to which it has the proper license and right. 
  1. Prize: One winner will be selected and announced on June 2, 2023. The prize consists of the following:
  • A hair appointment at the Miami IGK salon location for a cut, color, and style
  • A visa gift card for $1500 to spend on hotel and roundtrip flight to/from Miami to attend IGK salon appointment
  • A Sephora gift card for $500 
  • IGK VIP PR list for one year
  • A full line of IGK products
  • Approximate total retail value of the prize is $5000

Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash value. IGK reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at in its sole discretion. All Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

  1. Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected by IGK based on the creativity and quality of their entry. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the announcement on June 2, 2023.  If the potential winner cannot be reached by IGK within ten (10) days, using the contact information provided, that potential winner shall forfeit their right to claim the prize.
  2. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability: By entering a submission, each participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless IGK and its parent company, affiliate and subsidiary companies and all of their respective officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the participant’s participation in this Campaign and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize that may be won.  IGK and its parent and affiliate companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the Prize. IGK is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. By participating in the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and the decisions of IGK, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

Any and all claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event include attorneys' fees, and under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 

 

  1. General Terms: IGK reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice.  
  2. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants IGK the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  3. Content Usage: By participating in the Campaign, each participant hereby grants to IGK, its agents, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, licensees, designees, successors, affiliates, assigns (collectively, the “Permitted Parties”) the unlimited right and permission to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, display, reproduce, and otherwise exploit the posts submitted to the Campaign, including, without limitation, the participant’s social media handle, name, nickname, image, video, caption, picture, likeness, performance, profile information, and biographical information (collectively, the “Post”), and any material based thereon or derived therefrom, edited or altered as the Permitted Parties see fit, together with any other material (including, without limitation, fictional material), in any manner, in any media whatsoever (whether now or hereafter known), throughout the world, in perpetuity, for any lawful purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. 
  4. Governing Law: The campaign and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
