"i accidentally ordered the wrong product. Canceled my order w/in 10seconds of pressing buy. Their system refused to allow me to cancel. I had 4 (FOUR) interactions with their customer service dept - email only - no text, no phone. All FOUR were with AI - never had an interaction w a human. I dont acare about the quality of the product. Their business practices and disrespect for their customer is reason enough never to buy/use an IGK product."

"I love this product. I have been buying it fr years. When I ordered a few weeks ago there was a buy 2 get one free sale. I bought two and thought the third would be added to my bag. It was not, I was confused when I paid at check out. When I contacted customer service, they told me I didn't purchase the "bundle" Ok, my mistake but it was unclear that I was supposed to click on the small buy 2 get one free note. I absolutely would have done that but it wasn't clear. I thought that customer service would honor that I had bought two and send me the third for free. They did not. They pretty much said,. whoops, too bad, pay attention next time. Honestly, I will buy it from my local business before I use your site again. They could have done so much better, sent me the free one. I felt like I was communicating with a 12 year old."

"I have soft frizzy hair, and this is the only texturizing spray I have used that holds my styled curls, combatting the high humidity where I live in the south. I use more during the summer months and can use less during the winter when there is less humidity. I sometimes don’t even need hairspray or a setting spray with this product. I have been using it for years and would be devastated if IGK ever stopped making it. I curl my hair and then spray Beach Club all over to set the curls, and then I lightly brush through the curls after a few minutes. Then spray a little more to define piecey curls. The bottle lasts me a long time. Go for it if you are thinking of trying it!"
