Ground shipping is free on orders $50+ in the continental United States. Currently, our website only accommodates shipments within the contiguous United States: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We work with various shipping carriers and we kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 8 business days for shipping. For international shipping requests please email [email protected].

IGK Hair offers free returns* and/or exchanges for IGK Hair products within 30 days of product receipt for item(s) purchased on igkhair.com. Products purchased from our salon and retail partners should be returned to the original place of purchase. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To start your return or exchange visit our Returns Center. You’ll need the order number and email address associated with your purchase, or your shipping zip code. Please note if there is a price difference to be paid in an exchange an invoice is emailed. The invoice must be paid before the exchange order is released. If you have used Afterpay as a payment method, please be aware that the processing times may be longer.
