Love the Product, Terrible customer experience

"Product is great, but customer service has been terrible. I was sold this on the black Friday sale, since I love this shampoo and conditioner I was willing to splurge on the sale price. After waiting over a week for shipping it was without explanation removed from my order. When I sent an enquiry I was told they were dealing with shipping delays which did not explain the item being canceled from my order. So I emailed a second time and again the issue wasn't addressed. Turns out they oversold the product and couldn't fulfill my order. So now if I buy it when it comes back in stock I will have to pay full price, which kinda defeats the purpose of shopping during the sale. Not impressed with how IGK chose to handle this issue."

After hearing much about the IGK brand I gave it a try and after letting my naturally curly hair do its thing I was completely blown away how my hair looked, performed and how many people stopped me that day asking me about my hair. I hurried to Ulta that day and bought the shampoo and conditioner in the Legendary formula and never looked back. I now use IGK’s auto ship program to keep stocked up as running out of this would be my worst nightmare as IT IS THAT GOOD. I wish I could post pics of my hair here.
