"When i used it the first time during shower, I thought this is not going to work as I didn't feel my hair is soft or smooth during application like many other hair mask do. Instead, i feel rough feeling. The 2nd and 3rd time, I just slightly wet my hair with water, then applied it for 5 mins before entering shower, it turned out better. I still feel rough during the application, but after rinse, my hair feel soft and smooth. I guess if yoir hair is completely wet, it doesn't work."
