Currently, our website only accommodates shipments within the contiguous United States: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. IGK Hair offers free returns* and/or exchanges for IGK Hair products within 30 days of product receipt for item(s) purchased on igkhair.com. Products purchased from our salon and retail partners should be returned to the original place of purchase. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To start your return or exchange visit our Returns Center. You'll need the order number and email address associated with your purchase, or your shipping zip code. Please note if there is a price difference to be paid in an exchange an invoice is emailed. The invoice must be paid before the exchange order is released. If you have used Afterpay as a payment method, please be aware that the processing times may be longer.

"After contacting customer service 3x and getting it’s on its way answer the package has been stuck at the post office for over a week. I had to open a case with PayPal for a refund . No one at IGK cares and don’t answer emails. There is no phone number to call either."
