IGK Hair offers free returns* and/or exchanges for IGK Hair products within 30 days of product receipt for item(s) purchased on igkhair.com. Products purchased from our salon and retail partners should be returned to the original place of purchase. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To start your return or exchange visit our Returns Center. You'll need the order number and email address associated with your purchase, or your shipping zip code. Please note if there is a price difference to be paid in an exchange an invoice is emailed. The invoice must be paid before the exchange order is released. "My hair is straight and very fine and this trio has def been a game changer. Better than a blowout! I wash my hair over 2 or 3 days with Extra Love and use Big Time Mousse and my hair has more volume and appears thicker and no more stringy limp hair!"
