IGK Hair offers free returns* and/or exchanges for IGK Hair products within 30 days of product receipt for item(s) purchased on igkhair.com. Products purchased from our salon and retail partners should be returned to the original place of purchase. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To start your return or exchange visit our Returns Center. You’ll need the order number and email address associated with your purchase, or your shipping zip code.
